Episodes Season 1-
Episode 1: Pilot
Date: 6/1/2005
The mayhem begins with 7 gorgeous babes and 7 complete goobers moving into a lavish mansion in the LA hills. After a brief move in, the host (Brian McFadden) explains the first challenge. The men must learn how to dance and will be judged on who is the best. Meanwhile the ladies must engage in a middle-school level trivia game. The men train the women for their test likewise the women teach the men to dance.
Richard and Mindi win BOTH challenges which gives them immunity and the ability to nominate 2 other teams for elimination. They choose Cheryl and Eric as well as Joe and Erika to the elimination room. Eric and Cheryl are eliminated!

Episode 2: A Day with Mechanics and Masseusses
Date: 6/8/2005
One week in and one of the couples is already getting romantically involved. Bard and Erika hook up. The task this week involves the women learning about automobiles (popping the hood, checking oil, changing tires, etc) while the men must learn how to give a good massage. Caitilin and Chuck win their challenges but have a really hard time picking other couples to go up for elimination. Joe and Erika and Brad and Scarlet get sent. Joe and Erika get sent home which unfortunately for Brad, ends the tryst between him and Erika.

Episode 3: Rockets and Fashion Shows
Date: 6/15/2005
Week three brings new tasks. The women have to learn rocket science, err...well ok, they must learn how to successfully build and launch a water powered rocket. Meanwhile the men must go shopping for their ladies. They must pick out formal wear, swimsuits and casual dress. They have to guess on sizes and styles which makes for some very entertaining catwalk action toward the end. Shawn and Scarlet and Caitilin and Chuck win and choose Krystal and Brad to go to the elimination room. Krystal and Brad get sent packing. |
Episode 4: Markovers and Pick-Up Lines
Date: 6/22/2005
Week four is hard. The men must go out in the general public and pick up phone numbers. This proves to be a rather funny experience. The girls get to choose the boy's outfits before they are sent out. Again, Caitilin and Chuck win and again choose Richard and Mindi for elimination. This causes some conflict between the house. Lauren and Bill get sent home. |
Episode 5: Great Outdoors
Date: 6/29/2005
In this episode couples are paired up with other couples to form teams that compete against each other. Chuck and Richard get into a serious battle and tensions flare. Scarlet gets pissed at Chuck for being such a wimp during the outdoors challenge. Of course Chuck and Caitlin win and nominate Richard and Mindi for elimination. Shawn and Scarlet are sent off. |
Episode 6: Grand Prize Goes to...
Date: 7/6/2005
The final challenge comes but before this the two remaining teams get to know each other a little better. The final challenge is a quiz that tests how well each couples knows each other. Chuck and Caitilin win the 250,000. |
Episode 7: The Aftermath
Date: 7/13/2005
This episode is basically a recap of the show where contestants talk about their time in the mansion and their personal experiences. Lots of talk about increased confidence and the like goes on. |
